DOMESTIC ORDERS
We ship Monday - Wednesday each week for orders placed with ground shipping. Orders with expidited shipping are processed same day Monday through Friday as long as the order was placed before 11 AM PST, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 11 AM PST will be processed the next business day. All orders are subject to item availability and credit verification, sometimes this can delay your order regardless of the shipping method selected. A member of our customer care team will contact you if we need further credit verification or if an item is not currently in stock.
Please Note: At this time, we do not process orders on the weekends. Orders placed on Friday after 11 AM PST and marked for UPS Next Day delivery will not be processed and shipped until the following Monday
In order to give our customers the best deal on shipping we offer flat rate shipping options for all domestic shipping. Shipping costs and details are as follows:

If you would like UPS to require a signature upon delivery, please indicate SIGNATURE REQUIRED in the customer notes section of the order form. It is otherwise up to the discretion of the UPS driver whether or not to leave the package without a signature.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
UrbanMinx.com will ship to most countries. International orders are subject to additional credit verification and UrbanMinx.com reserves the right to request identity verification via fax. If we do not receive the required verification within 3 days of our request, the order will be cancelled. Pending item availability and credit verification, your order will ship within 3 to 7 business days.

International orders are subject to billing address verification.
Risk of loss and title for merchandise shipped internationally will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. You may be subject to import duties and taxes which are assessed once a shipment reaches your country. Additional customs clearance charges must be paid by you; UrbanMinx.com has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES
Note: All international shipments must list the value of the merchandise on the outside of the package for customs reasons. All taxes, duties, brokerage fees and expenses related to importation and compliance with local import country laws are exclusively the responsibility of the recipient. Please consult with your local country Customs Service and other relevant authorities to confirm that no restrictions or special requirements apply to your order. We are not responsible for delays or costs resulting from acts or decisions of local government agencies concerning the importation of your order. When ordering from UrbanMinx.com, you are considered the "importer of record" and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
We may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as description, to our international carriers, and this information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws. Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international Customers and Customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
If the order is a gift, the package is marked "Gift," but the cost of the item is still stated on the customs form. Customs authorities require us to state the value of the gift item directly on the package.
Refused Shipments - If you decide to refuse any shipments from urbanminx.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to urbanminx.com. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
