Shipping & Handling
Orders placed Monday through Friday - excluding holidays - before 11 AM PST will begin processing that day. Pending availability and credit verification, your order will ship within 48 hours. Orders placed after 11 AM PST will be processed the next business day. A member of our customer care team will contact you if we need further credit verification or if an item is not currently in stock.
Please Note: We do not offer Saturday delivery at this time.
Orders placed
on Friday after 11 AM PST and marked for UPS Next Day delivery will not be
processed and shipped until the following Monday.
We use UPS for all domestic shipping. Details are as follows:
Free Domestic Shipping:
All domestic orders over $100 are shipped for free via UPS ground.
Delivery within 5 – 10 business days from date order is processed.
UPS Ground Shipping:
Delivery within 5-10 business days from date order is processed.
UPS 3-Day Select
Delivery
within 3 business days from date order is processed.
UPS 2-Day Air
Delivery within 2 business days from date order is processed.
UPS Overnight
Delivery within 1 business day from date order is processed.
If you would like UPS to require a signature upon delivery, please note
"SIGNATURE REQUIRED" in the customer notes section of the order form.
It is otherwise up to the discretion of the UPS driver whether or not to leave
the package without a signature.
Local International Orders
We ship to Canada, Mexico, the British Virgin Islands, South
America, and other countries in the Americas. Please select Local Shipping from the
drop down shipping menu for $15.
International Orders
We do ship internationally. Your package will be shipped via USPS and we charge
$35 for international shipments. From time to time, other restrictions may
apply to international orders. To make shopping easier for you, we recommend
you contact us at customerservice@urbanminx.com to confirm that we able to ship
your desired item(s) to you before placing an order online. International orders are subject to billing
address verification.
International Duties and Taxes
Note: All international shipments must list the value of the
merchandise on the outside of the package for customs reasons. All taxes,
duties, brokerage fees and expenses related to importation and compliance with
local import country laws are exclusively the responsibility of the recipient. Our
usual refund and exchange policy does not apply to international orders. We will make no refunds and accept no returns.
Please consult with your local country Customs Service and other relevant
authorities to confirm that no restrictions or special requirements apply to
your order. We are not responsible for delays or costs resulting from acts or
decisions of local government agencies concerning the importation of your
order.
