If you would like UPS to require a signature upon delivery, please indicate SIGNATURE REQUIRED in the customer notes section of the order form. It is otherwise up to the discretion of the UPS driver whether or not to leave the package without a signature.

UrbanMinx will ship to most countries using USPS Priority International. International orders are subject to additional credit verification and UrbanMinx reserves the right to request identity verification via fax. If we do not receive the required verification within 3 days of our request, the order will be cancelled. Pending item availability and credit verification, your order will ship within 3 to 7 business days.
For International orders urbanminx.com offers shipping by USPS for a flat rate of $20 for Mexico, the British Virgin Islands, South America, and other countries in the Americas. Shipping to Canada is $25.
Orders shipping to all other international destinations will be shipped via USPS and we charge $55 for international shipments up to 5 lbs. International orders over 5 lbs are subject to additional costs and will be confirmed with you prior to your order being processed.
From time to time, other restrictions may apply to international orders. To make shopping easier for you, we recommend you contact us at customerservice@urbanminx.com to confirm that we able to ship your desired item(s) to you before placing an order online. International orders are subject to billing address verification.
USPS provides delivery 6-10 business days after leaving urbanminx.com. USPS does not provide package tracking unless requested. For a fully traceable delivery service, we recommend USPS Express Mail International, USPS Global Express guaranteed or UPS. Should you prefer to use one of these shipping options for your international order please make a note of this in the comments when you place your order and we will be in touch via email with a quote for the shipment of your order via USPS Express or UPS.
Risk of loss and title for merchandise shipped internationally will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. You may be subject to import duties and taxes which are assessed once a shipment reaches your country. Additional customs clearance charges must be paid by you; UrbanMinx has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

We are not responsible for delays or costs resulting from acts or decisions of local government agencies concerning the importation of your order.
When ordering from UrbanMinx.com, you are considered the "importer of record" and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
We may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as description, to our international carriers, and this information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws. Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international Customers and Customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
If the order is a gift, the package is marked "Gift," but the cost of the item is still stated on the customs form. Customs authorities require us to state the value of the gift item directly on the package.
Refused Shipments - If you decide to refuse any shipments from urbanminx.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to urbanminx.com. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
