Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. At UrbanMinx.com, we accept returns on merchandise that has NOT BEEN WORN, WASHED, ALTERED, or DAMAGED in any way, with all tags still attached.Merchandise that meets these conditions may be returned to us within 15 days of your receipt of the item(s) for a full refund or an exchange, minus shipping charges.
Please include with your merchandise, your name and order number. We require all relevant information for your return to be processed.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, as well as products lost or damaged in the mail before they reach UrbanMinx.com. You may want to insure your package and use a shipper who provides tracking of your package.
When returning an item, please enclose the original packing slip with your return and state on the packing slip if you would like a refund or exchange. If you are making an exchange, please note the item(s) you would like to exchange for. We offer free shipping back to the customer for exchanges.
If we receive an item outside of this 15 day period, we reserve the right to treat the item as abandoned with no additional action required. If you are unsure if your item qualifies for a refund or require additional consideration than please contact a customer care representative at 1-877-322-6469.

FOOTWEAR
Once you have received your footwear from UrbanMinx.com, please try them on indoors for sizing and fit. All footwear returns and exchanges MUST include the original shoe box in its original condition. We do not accept returns or exchanges on footwear that has been worn, damaged, or scuffed in any way.
SWIMWEAR AND LINGERIE
All swimwear, lingerie—bras and undergarments—and shapewear are considered Final Sale items and may not be returned.
BEAUTY PRODUCTS AND COSMETICS
All beauty products, skin care, or cosmetic returns must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging for a return or exchange to be issued. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on any beauty item that has been opened or tampered with in any way.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
Final Sale items may not be returned or exchanged. Any item marked down 30% or more is considered a Final Sale item. Such items are clearly marked “Final Sale.” Please do not send Final Sale items back to us, as no action will be taken, and they will be considered abandoned merchandise.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR MIS-SHIPPED GOODS
At UrbanMinx, we believe in only selling high-quality designer fashion. We perform a quality check on all items before they are shipped. If you receive an item that you believe to be damaged, please contact us immediately at customerservice@urbanminx.com to be eligible for a refund or exchange. If we have shipped you the incorrect item, we will provide you with a free shipping label for incorrectly fulfilled orders.
EXCHANGES
We want our UrbanMinx customers to enjoy their experience and to be happy with product. As such, we offer free exchanges within 15 days of the receipt of your order. We will offer free shipping back to the customer on domestic exchanges.
Normal Exchanges
Please ship your exchange to us with a complete description of the item you would like to replace it with. If the merchandise is available, we will send out your order, free of charge. If the item is not available, we will contact you to provide you with the option of receiving an acceptable alternative product or to credit your account.
Advance Exchanges
We don’t want you to have to wait to get your exchange in the mail. Just let us know you want to make an exchange, and we will pop your new product in the mail right away and put a temporary charge on your credit card. Once we receive the old item from you back in the mail, we will credit your card.

PROCESSING RETURNS
Once we have received your returned item, it will be processed and refunded within 5 business days. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this credit to your account. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
