We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. At UrbanMinx.com, we accept returns on merchandise that has not been worn, washed, altered, or damaged in any way, with all tags still attached. Merchandise that meets these conditions may be returned to us within 15 days of your receipt of the item(s) for a full refund or an exchange, minus shipping charges (see exceptions below).
Please include with your merchandise, your name and order number. We
require all relevant information for your return to be processed.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, as well as products
lost or damaged in the mail before they reach UrbanMinx.com. You may want to
insure your package and use a shipper who provides tracking of your package. When returning an item, please enclose the original packing slip with your
return and state on the packing slip if you would like a refund or exchange. If
you are making an exchange, please note the item(s) you would like to exchange
for. We offer free shipping back to the customer for exchanges. Outside of this 15 day period, your payment details expire in our system and
we will not be able to provide any refunds or exchanges.
We do not refund any shipping or handling charges.

We will offer free shipping back to the customer on exchanges. Please note that at this time we are not able to offer exchanges on international orders.
