Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to make a return and aren't sure if your purchase is eligible for an exchange or refund please review the following information.
- Merchandise must NOT been WORN, WASHED, ALTERED, or DAMAGED in any way.
- Merchandise must have all tags attached.
- Swimsuits, Lingerie, Bras, Undergarments, Shapewear and Underwear are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for a refund or exchange.
- Beauty Products, Cosmetics, Skin Care, etc must be unused, unopened and in original packaging for a return or exchange to be issued. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on any beauty item that has been opened or tampered with in any way.
- Footwear returns and exchanges MUST include the original shoe box in its original condition without postal labels. We do NOT accept returns or exchanges on footwear that has been worn, damaged, or scuffed in any way. Shoe box fees are charged when footwear is returned in a damaged shoe box or without the original shoebox.
- Please Note: All sale items marked down 30% or more are considered FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged. All Final Sale items are clearly marked with a red price point. Please do not send Final Sale items back to us, as no action will be taken, and they will be considered abandoned merchandise.
- Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable
Merchandise that meets these conditions may be returned and must be received by us within 15 days of when you received the item(s) for a full refund or an exchange, minus shipping charges. Making A Return
- Complete the RETURN FORM and securely repackage your merchandise. Cover or remove any original mailing label or carrier barcodes from the package. Note: Please complete the return form and include it with your return. This form allows us to process returns more quickly and will therefore expedite your refund, we cannot process your refund without this form unless you call us to supply your credit card details for the return.

- Ship your packages using a trackable insured shipping method. UrbanMinx.com cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship. Please keep the tracking details for your records.
- You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Please allow 30 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.
Please note the following:
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, as well as products lost or damaged in the mail before they reach UrbanMinx.com. You may want to insure your package and use a shipper who provides tracking of your package.
- When returning an item, please enclose the original packing slip with your return and state on the packing slip if you would like a refund or exchange. If you are making an exchange, please note the item(s) you would like to exchange for. UrbanMinx.com offers free shipping back to the customer for exchanges.
- If we receive an item outside of this 15 day period, we reserve the right to treat the item as abandoned with no additional action required. If you are unsure if your item qualifies for a refund or require additional consideration than please contact a customer care representative at 1-877-322-6469.
- Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this credit to your account. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
Note: Refunds to Credit Card
Due to new Federal PCI Compliance Regulation, we are no longer able to hold your full credit card information in our system as it poses a security risk, we do however hold the last 4 digits of your credit card number and your billing address.
In order to expedite your return please complete the credit card information form that arrived with your purchase. If you did not receive a form please contact customer service for assistance. This is designed with your security in mind, which is why we don’t ask for the last 4 digits of your card or your billing address information.
We will only process refunds to the credit card you used to make the purchase with us.
Damaged, Defective, or Mis-shipped Merchandise
At UrbanMinx, we believe in only selling high-quality designer fashion. We perform a quality check on all items before they are shipped. If you receive an item that you believe to be damaged, please contact us immediately at email@example.com to be eligible for a refund or exchange. If we have shipped you the incorrect item, we will provide you with a free shipping label for incorrectly fulfilled orders.
We want our UrbanMinx customers to enjoy their experience and to be happy with product. As such, we offer free exchanges within 15 days of the receipt of your order. We will offer free
shipping back to the customer on domestic exchanges. Please ship your exchange to us with a complete description of the item you would like to replace it with. If the merchandise is available, we will send out your order, free of charge. If the item is not available, we will contact you to provide you with the option of receiving an acceptable alternative product or to credit your account.
We don’t want you to have to wait to get your exchange in the mail. Just let us know you want to make an exchange, and we will pop your new product in the mail right away and put a temporary charge on your credit card. Once we receive the old item from you back in the mail, we will credit your card.
Returns During the Holiday Season
As a courtesy during the holiday season we extend our normal return policy so that gifts may be exchanged until January 15th with a gift receipt. Please make sure to request a gift receipt when placing your order.
