Although we are currently unable to accept Pay-Pal through our shopping cart, you can now use your Pay-Pal account to pay for UrbanMinx purchases by using the new Pay-Pal Plug In. Placing an International OrderWhen placing your order in our checkout process, please click the link on the Billing & Shipping page that says "Click Here for International Orders." This will link you to a page custom designed for overseas orders. 
Once your order has been submitted through our system, we will confirm the billing address with the issuing bank before shipping your order. For your protection, all international orders are verified prior to shipping. This process may take several days. To expedite this process, please provide us with a copy of the front and back of your credit card, and a photo ID. You may send these either by fax (+1.541.772.1956) or scanned and sent via email. We will accept a Driver's License, Passport, or country issued identification document as photo ID. If this is your first order with us, submitting this information at the time of purchase will greatly speed up your order. You can email your credit card and ID scan to customerservice@urbanminx.com. Returning customers using the same billing information as earlier orders will not be subjected to credit checks.   Returns & ExchangesInternational returns and exchanges will be accepted up to 30 days from the date of the receipt of your package. Please insure return packages and get a tracking number. UrbanMinx is not responsible for packages until they are received by us. Please do not return items to us outside of the 30 days, as they will be considered abandoned. If you wish to exchange your merchandise for a different style or size, we will ship your exchange order to you for a $10 flat fee. Please consult our Return & Exchange Policies for further information regarding your return or exchange order. ShippingInternational Orders For International orders urbanminx.com offers shipping by USPS for a flat rate of $20 for Mexico, the British Virgin Islands, South America, and other countries in the Americas. Shipping to Canada is $25. Orders shipping to all other international destinations will be shipped via USPS and we charge $55 for international shipments up to 5 lbs. International orders over 5 lbs are subject to additional costs and will be confirmed with you prior to your order being processed. From time to time, other restrictions may apply to international orders. To make shopping easier for you, we recommend you contact us at customerservice@urbanminx.com to confirm that we able to ship your desired item(s) to you before placing an order online. International orders are subject to billing address verification. USPS provides delivery 6-10 business days after leaving urbanminx.com. USPS does not provide package tracking unless requested. For a fully traceable delivery service, we recommend USPS Express Mail International, USPS Global Express guaranteed or UPS. Should you prefer to use one of these shipping options for your international order please make a note of this in the comments when you place your order and we will be in touch via email with a quote for the shipment of your order via USPS Express or UPS. Risk of loss and title for merchandise shipped internationally will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. You may be subject to import duties and taxes which are assessed once a shipment reaches your country. Additional customs clearance charges must be paid by you; UrbanMinx has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. International Duties and Taxes Please consult with your local country Customs Service and other relevant authorities to confirm that no restrictions or special requirements apply to your order. We are not responsible for delays or costs resulting from acts or decisions of local government agencies concerning the importation of your order. When ordering from UrbanMinx.com, you are considered the "importer of record" and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. We may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as description, to our international carriers, and this information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws. Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international Customers and Customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. Calculating Your Order CostAll prices on our site are listed in US dollars, and charged in US dollars. The exact exchange rate that you will pay is determined by the bank that has issued your credit card. In general, it will match very closely with the going exchange rates.
