 Yanuk distinguishes itself with unique design and detail and authentic vintage washes. Paul Gaez, also known as the “denim godfather”, established Yanuk in 2003. The brand’s signature is 16 interconnected “Y’s” that are stitched into each pair of jeans. Unique design details along with relentless attention to fit are what set Yanuk apart. Designer Yael Torbati and business partner Anouk Guez, established the Yanuk line. Yael runs the creative side of the business and leads the design, while Anouk takes care of sales and relations. Completing the team are wet-processing master Alain Lafourcaide, design associate Erin McColl, the expert manager Gregory Abbou, and president Tadd Zarubica. Each pair of Yanuk jeans is proudly made and laundered in Los Angeles, California! They have been featured in Elle, Vogue, Lucky, and Harper’s magazines. Stars, who love Yanuk jeans, include Cameron Diaz, Beyonce Knowles, Charlize Theron, David Schwimmer, Winona Ryder, Josh Duhmel, Jennifer Anniston, and Michal Vartan.
